The MEHS-3000 is an all-in-one PEM hydrogen generator with a nominal hydrogen output of 3 L/min. It combines the electrolyzer, DC power supply and water-handling components in one enclosure.

The system has a 20 L water tank, gas-water separation, separate hydrogen and oxygen outlets, and a water-level viewing window. The operating manual lists short-circuit, low-water-level and temperature protection.

Installation and operation

Use purified or distilled water with conductivity below 2 µS/cm at the electrolyzer inlet. The manual specifies 12 mm interface piping and recommends an operating environment at or below 40°C. Keep the unit in a ventilated area, away from open flames, and follow the operating manual before starting the system.

For prolonged operation, the manual calls for a matched radiator and 10–15 L of water in the tank. Confirm the cooling arrangement and included accessories for your intended duty cycle when ordering.
